Thank you for shopping with Tia Smith Fine Art. Each order is carefully packed and shipped after your payment is confirmed.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible — once a package has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Please note that we do not accept order cancellations after an order has been placed.
